XXX was initially established in Taipei, Taiwan. We are specialized in CNC precision slow-feeding linear cutting. To meet the need of our clients and to expand our business, our company was moved to Tangxia Town, Dongguan City by the end of Nov. 2006. Our products include computer case, PDP, DVD, LCD, air conditioner, microwave oven, automobile die and shrapnel, etc.
Solely invested by Taiwanese, ChiaPin Mould Co., Ltd. has passed the ISO 9001 Quality System Certification. Presently, it owns 220 employees. To ensure the rights and benefits of our clients, we are capable of producing progressive dies and single punching dies, etc., for consecutive 24 hours a day. With total area of 8,000 square meters, our factory has well established Design Dept., Programming Dept., Die Manufacturing Dept., Machining Dept., Linear Cutting Dept., Financial Dept., Business Dept., Production Management Dept., Product Quality Dept. and Management Dept. The interior operations are all controlled in conformity with standard operation flow whereby the business confidentiality concerning our clients can be ensured. Our company is equipped with self-contained facilities and advanced technical strength. Currently, we have imported 21 linear cutting machines. Besides, we own some other imported devices, like punching machine, precise finish, measuring instrument, which can bolster our production capacity of over 200 dies.

        本公司為臺商獨資，已通過I S O 9001 質量系統認證，公司現有員工220 名，為保證客戶權益，各類連續模與單沖模等五金模具采取24小時作業，廠房面積8000 平方米，廠區內部規劃完善，設有：設計部、編程部、模具制造部、機加工部、線割部、財務部、業務部、生管部、品管部、管理部等部門，內部相關作業皆采標準作業化流程管理，以保護客戶業務機密為上，本公司設備齊全，技術力量有一定的水平，目前擁有進口線割機21 臺，模具制造量每月可達200 套以上，并擁有沖床、計算機鑼、精密研磨、量測儀器等進口配套設備。
